Description:

Spherical bearingis a special bearing product composed of upper bearing plate, lower bearingplate, spherical plate, polytetrafluoroethylene sliding plate (F4, sphericalPTFE plate), and rubber retaining ring. It is named after changing the rubberplate in the basin type support to a spherical PTFE plate. As the middle steelplate and bottom basin of the QZ spherical support are also correspondinglychanged to spherical, the friction coefficient is reduced. Its displacement isachieved by sliding between the upper support plate and the flat PTFE plate.Setting guide grooves or guide rings on the upper support plate to constrainthe unidirectional or multi-directional displacement of the support can be madeinto spherical unidirectional movable supports and fixed supports. The slidingbetween the spherical plate and the spherical PTFE plate is used to meet theneeds of the support angle.
