Description:

Modular multi groupjoints have the advantages of reasonable structural design, large expansion andcontraction, good waterproofing, beautiful appearance, high strength, longservice life, and convenient installation and maintenance. Each group has adisplacement of 0-80mm, and the number of groups is determined based on theactual displacement requirements of the bridge. The general range of expansionand contraction is 160-2000mm.

Themain working principle of modular multi group sewing

1. Supporttransmission system

When vehiclestraveling at high speeds pass through the expansion and contraction device,they generate vertical and horizontal reactions. The center beam of theexpansion and contraction device is installed on the supporting crossbeam thatspans the main spacing, and the two are combined to form a force bearing body.Through the pressure bearing, the reaction force of the expansion andcontraction device is transmitted to the edge of the expansion and contractiondevice. At the same time, the expansion and contraction device moves freely inthe direction of the bridge deck expansion and contraction displacement.

2. Elastic controlsystem

The contact surfacebetween the supporting crossbeam and the pressure bearing and compressionbearing is a sliding surface. By controlling the action of the spring, theexpansion device can adapt to the continuous deformation of the bridge andmaintain even gaps. When the seam width is above 35mm, the sealing tape can bereplaced without causing any damage to the structure.

3. Waterproofness

The precisiondesigned sealing rubber strip can not only be used to seal the gaps betweensteel beams, but also adapt well to the expansion and contraction changes of thestructure. The sealing rubber strip beam end is tightly matched with the grooveof the steel profile, making it difficult to detach.
